CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing of all cancellations. Refunds will be made after the Congress. The refund policy is as follows:
- Cancellation on or before 22nd July 2025: 50% refund
- Cancellation after 22nd July 2025: No refund
