Amanil 'Ula Hassan
Dr Amanil ‘Ula Hassan is a dedicated Paediatric Respiratory Physician currently serving as Paediatric Respiratory Physician at Hospital Sultanah Bahiyah, Alor Setar, Kedah. She graduated with a Medical Bachelor and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the International Islamic University Malaysia and went on to complete her Master in Pediatrics at Universiti Sains Malaysia. Her passion for respiratory medicine led her to further subspecialize in Paediatric Respiratory Medicine through a fellowship program under the Ministry of Health Malaysia.
In her current role, Dr Amanil plays a vital part in managing complex respiratory cases, with a particular focus on paediatric sleep disorders, chronic pulmonary diseases, and the provision of home ventilatory support services. Her commitment to advancing paediatric respiratory care is evident in both her clinical practice and her leadership within the unit.
Dr Amanil remains actively involved in improving patient outcomes and continues to advocate for the development of paediatric respiratory services within the Malaysian healthcare system.
