Geetha Kandavello
Dr Geetha is a Senior Consultant Paediatric Cardiologist. Her expertise is in Adult congenital heart disease; Pulmonary Hypertension; Pregnancy and heart disease; and Marfan and Aortopathy. She is the President of the International Society of Adult Congenital Heart Disease and immediate past Chairman of the Malaysian Paediatric Cardiac Society.
Dr Geetha was also involved in developing in Malaysia Clinical Practice Guidelines on Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension, Pregnancy and Heart Disease and Prevention and Management of Infective Endocarditis.
Dr Geetha is a member of the National Confidential Enquiries into Maternal Death in Malaysia.
She is also the advisor for Pulmonary Hypertension Association Malaysia and executive member of the Malaysian Congenital Heart Foundation.
